Hilltop Meats is located in Young, NSW, a district famed for its beautiful countryside, vineyards, orchards, pioneering history and a reputation as the Cherry Capital of Australia.

Hilltop Meats have extensive experience in the industry. The company is wholly Australian owned and is geared to supplying local and international markets.

The success of Hilltop Meats is partly due to the choice of their suppliers.  These are mainly farms that are managed by leading pastoral families who adhere to the best breeding practices.

We apply the strictest quality control standards in beef production, processing and packaging to meet a variety of needs as required from export customers, supermarkets, butchers and restaurants around Australia.
