Gnocchi with gravy beef in a red wine sauce

Cooking time: 2 hours
Ingredients
1 carrot, diced
2 celery sticks, diced
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
200 ml red wine
300 ml beef stock
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp plain flour
salt and pepper
Tip
If you can’t find gravy beef any other second cuts will work perfectly well with this recipe.
