Lamb Patties with Pita Bread – Add delicious hummus and tabouli
Ingredients
800 g lamb mince
1 onion, grated
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
olive oil for cooking
pita pockets (or pita/ lavash bread),
hummus and tabouli to serve
Tips
These patties are a great ideas for school lunches. Simply slip them into a sandwich with some BBQ sauce and the kids will love it.
